July 1999, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA --- Bally's Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada designs and manufactures their own electronic games of chance, also know as gambling machines. As traditional one-armed bandits age and are replaced by electronic equivalents, Bally's has become a computer-based company whose machines are programmed to gamble electronically.
